Creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and celebrated.
Our Story
Epiphany Events was born from my love of bringing people together and my desire to create spaces where people feel genuinely cared for. Growing up in a large family, our home was always filled with laughter, shared meals, celebration, and hospitality. Hosting wasn't just something we did—it was how we showed love.
As I grew older, I discovered another passion: interior design. I became fascinated by how thoughtfully designed spaces can shape the way people feel. I wanted to create environments where everyone feels safe, seen, and included—where there is no favouritism, only warmth, connection, and a sense of belonging. That belief continues to guide everything I do.
My journey into hosting began with organising Christmas gatherings for friends and family. After moving to Plymouth to study Interior Design, I continued creating memorable experiences by hosting girls' nights, festive celebrations, and intimate gatherings in my own home. I have always loved being creative, whether that's styling a beautiful table, designing a welcoming space, or preparing food that brings people together.
Studying interior design helped me realise that my passion extended beyond beautiful spaces—it was about creating meaningful experiences. That is what led me to combine event planning and event styling, allowing me to design celebrations that are both visually beautiful and deeply personal.
The greatest reward is hearing guests say they felt comfortable, cared for, and truly present in the moment. Knowing that people leave an event feeling connected, valued, and looked after is the reason Epiphany Events exists. My hope is that every event we create leaves people with lasting memories and the feeling that, for a moment, they were exactly where they belonged.
Founder/Creative Director
Hi, I'm Adenike Hassan, the founder and creative mind behind Epiphany Events.
I've always believed that the most memorable moments aren't just about beautiful décor—they're about how people feel. Growing up in a large family, our home was always full of laughter, shared meals, celebrations, and people coming together. Hospitality was simply part of who we were, and it taught me that creating meaningful experiences is one of the greatest ways to show love.
Alongside my passion for hosting, I developed a deep appreciation for interior design and the power of thoughtfully designed spaces. That passion led me to study Interior Design in Plymouth, where I discovered that I wanted to combine my love for design with my love for bringing people together. Today, Epiphany Events allows me to do exactly that.
I enjoy creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed, comfortable, and included. Whether I'm styling an intimate dinner, planning a celebration, or designing a large event, my goal is always the same—to create an atmosphere where people feel seen, cared for, and free to enjoy the moment.
When I'm not planning events, you'll often find me exploring my other creative passions. I love photography, travelling, discovering new food experiences, and expressing creativity through fashion. These interests continually inspire my work, helping me see beauty in the smallest details and bring fresh ideas to every event I create.
For me, every event is more than a project—it's an opportunity to create lasting memories, meaningful connections, and experiences that people will remember long after the day is over. My hope is that every guest leaves feeling welcomed, valued, and genuinely cared for.
